2015
Family Responsible Company Certification (EFR), Fundación Más Família (Spain). Bel Portugal is the only company in the Portuguese FMCG sector that has been certified as a Family Responsible Company. This certification attests Bel Portugal’s concern towards reconciling the personal, work and family lives of all our employees.
Our Heroes Award – Company of the Year – Visão Solidária. For the celebration initiative of the 150th anniversary of the Bel Group, #SAYCHEESE, in which 150,000 smiles (photos=Euros) were collected by the end of 2015 to be given away to child nutrition projects all over the world.
2016
Best Companies to Work At – “Exame” Magazine. Bel Portugal was appointed as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work At, having been acknowledged for the good organizational climate and the responsible attitude towards their collaborators and society.
2017
Awards for Excellence in Internal Communication – Observatory of Internal Communication and Corporate Identity. Bel Portugal won in the Glocal category with the #SAYCHEESE project which had been ellaborated for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Bel Group and was also qualified as a finalist in the category of Innovation with the project “Stories that Make Cheese on the Road” (a project which allows non-manager employees of the mainland to visit the Azores and vice-versa).
